Website Redesigns:

One of the most requested services that I provide is redesigns of exsisting websites. Whether the site is old, ineffective, or just needs a facelift, I can help you to achieve a new look, new functionality, or new goals and objectives with a website designed to meet the needs of your visitors, customers and clients.

Normally I take existing websites and convert them into Content Management Systems so that the look of the site is separated from the content of the site.

The benefits to having the content separated from the look are:

  • You don't need to call a webmaster everytime you need something done, thereby saving you tons of money.
  • The ability to change the look of your site more easily by simply changing out the template. This ability helps keep your site clean, fresh and cutting edge.
  • The ability of personnel that do not have html knowledge to quickly and easily manipulate your content right from their own browsers.

My preferred content management system is Jooomla 1.5. While there are many other CM Systems available, I like that it's open source with thousands of components, modules and plugins available to meet your specific needs. Most are available at no cost while others are commercial and come with support.

And being that it's the largest open source CMS available there is plenty of support through the forums and documentation available.

Joomla CMS Training

Not familiar with Joomla. Not a problem. There is a vast amount of training videos and books of the market relating to just about every facet of Joomla. Besides, it's one of the easiest content management systems to learn from the administrative side.

With each redesign you will also get ten hours of training with Joe Goodale to help you get up to speed and on your feet with your new website.
